Custom photography is a gift that will last a lifetime.  The moments captured of you, your family, your loved one will help you to remember all the precious details, and all the wonderful memories and emotions that you felt at that stage of your life.

 

Many things play a part in creating and producing lasting images for you and your family.  Each image produced during your session represents hours of preparation and work before, during and after the session.  Each image is a reflection of the many hours spent to learn the craft of photography, countless hours of practice, patience and dedication, thousands of Rands worth of equipment to create the images, to edit and store the images, and time spent away from home to serve my clients with the utmost love and care.  

 

Finally, there are also all the costs involved in running a legitimate business ~ continued upskilling, updating supplies, buying equipment & props, paying taxes, insurance, marketing, and so on.   Each session fee is carefully calculated, taking all of these aspects of custom photography into consideration.

{ DEPOSIT / RETAINER FEE }

 A 25% deposit/retainer fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time.  

The retainer fee is non-refundable.  

Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid and the

proof of payment received.  The balance of the photo session fee is to be paid on or before the day of the session.

 

 

{ RESCHEDULING POLICY }

 Please contact me at least 24 - 48 hours in advance if you won’t be able to attend your scheduled portrait session.   Although the retainer fee is non-refundable, if we can reschedule your session within 14 days (dependent on my availability), a new retainer fee will not be not required.

  • Designer Albums, Prints and Canvas Prints are available.  Please contact me for a quote.

 

  • Please allow up to 5 days after the event to receive your chosen fully edited images                                                                **(please note that wedding images take longer to process and edit).

 

  • Travel costs of R5.50 per km will apply for locations further than 30km from my home (Benoni).

  • I am available to travel, so please do not hesitate to contact me for any destination photography.                                   Travel and accommodation costs will apply.

{ INDIVIDUAL PORTRAIT SESSION }

  • a minimum of 20 fully edited digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, and a print release, so you can make your own prints or enlargements;

Please bring ANY wardrobe items you think might work, and together we can choose which will photograph best to give you a nice variety of images. 

 

{ COUPLE’S PORTRAIT SESSION } 

R2,500.00

 

 

The session fee includes :-

 

  • pre-consultation;

  • 60+ minutes on location;

​

  • a minimum of 25 fully edited digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, and a print release, so you can make your own   prints or enlargements;​

A fun, playful, positive attitude, lots of smiles, and any props or furniture items you think might add personality to your session.  Please contact me to discuss your prop ideas in advance.

{ FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION }

*starting at R2,800.00 

 

 

The session fee includes :-

  • Pre-Consultation

​

  • 60+ minutes on location;

​

  • family group for up to 4 people;

​

  • a combination of several group family images (both candid and posed), images of mom and dad together, individuals of each child, and other creative groupings as time allows;

​

  • a minimum of 30 fully edited digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, and a print release, so you can make your own  prints or enlargements;

{ PET PORTRAIT SESSION }

Animals and photography have always gone together.  If you are here, then it’s obvious that you share a love of animals and an interest in capturing them as never before.  

​

Now you can capture the passion you feel for your beloved

pet/s with timeless portraits.  Through my lens and imagination, dreams of elegant and tasteful pet photography can become a reality for you.

 

The session fee includes :-

 

  • pre-consultation;

​

  • 45+ minutes on location with one or two pets (either at your home or at an outdoor location of your choice);

​

  • a minimum of 10 high resolution edited digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, and a print release, so you can make your own prints or enlargements;

 

* There will be extra charge of R200 for each additional animal. 

 

{ MATERNITY PORTRAIT SESSION }

The session fee includes :-

 

  • pre-consultation;

  • 60+ minutes on location (either at your home or at an outdoor location of your choice);

​

  • a minimum of 20 fully edited digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, and a print release, so you can make your own prints or enlargements;

A Milestone Collection package is also available, covering the following :-

 

  • Bump (one mini-Maternity session)

  • Newborn session (when your baby is between 5 – 10 days old)

  • Sitter session (around 6 months of age)

  • Cake Smash session (1st birthday celebration)

 

You will receive a minimum of 10 images from each session.

{ CAKE SMASH PORTRAIT SESSION }

 

R1,000.00

 

 

To celebrate your baby’s milestone 1st birthday you can book a custom CAKE SMASH portrait session.  

You bring the cake and balloons and I will provide all fun decorations and all the cleanup supplies for baby.  This includes a warm bubble bath after the cake smash, if requested.

  • pre-consultation;

  • 45+ minutes on location;

​

  • a minimum of 15 fully edited digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, and a print release, so you can make your own prints or enlargements; 

 

 

{ WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR CHILD'S SESSION } 

Please bring ANY wardrobe items you think might work, and together we can choose which will photograph best to give you a nice variety of images. You may also bring your child’s favourite toy, book, snack, treat or small drink to the session to help them feel comfortable. 

 

{ WEDDING PACKAGES }

Great wedding photography isn’t an expense, it’s an investment. It’s one of the best investments you can make for your wedding day. Once the event has come and gone, your photos will live on, and you can cherish the memories that have been preserved, forever.

 

I offer tailored wedding photography packages for you, which can include full day coverage of your wedding (with the half day package as an exception for those shorter weddings).

This means I am with you for an unlimited number of hours, so you don’t have to worry about me being ‘on the clock’!  

This ensures all the important parts of your day are captured.

 

Both packages include :-

  • Pre-wedding consultation

  • Complimentary one-hour Engagement photoshoot

  • At least one photographer

  • Private on-line gallery

  • All photos fully edited & delivered in high resolution on USB

  • Print release (in order to print your photographs)

  • No watermarks

  • No photo limit

   My full day coverage offers unlimited hours and ensures that the most important parts of your day are not

   missed or forgotten.  I arrive in the morning when you’re getting ready and leave at the end of the reception.

  • 8 hours coverage in total

  • ​Includes an A2 size printed canvas (a selected image of your choice from your wedding)

  • Please allow 6 - 8 weeks after the wedding to receive your photographs.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within sixty (60) days from the time of booking.

 

  • Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid and the proof of payment received.

  • The balance of the payment is to be paid in full, one week before the wedding.

{ CORPORATE PORTRAIT SESSIONS }

 

Corporate portrait sessions involves taking a range of images ~ close-up (head & shoulders), half-body and full-length.  

 

You can choose between the following portrait options :-

  • Studio portrait

       A professional business portrait where we capture your  

       images against a plain backdrop;

  • Environmental / lifestyle portrait

        Slightly more relaxed than a studio portrait, where we

       capture your images in the setting of your business.  Still

       very professional;

  • Outdoor / natural portrait

       More relaxed and casual.  These kind of images are much

       more natural.

 

The session fee includes :-

  • On location (we bring the studio set-up to your premises);

  • A minimum of 2 fully edited images per person (high resolution) as well as web-ready copies for uploading to the web.

Half-day rate : R3,500.00 (for multiple individuals or group shots on location)

I will bring my Studio set-up to your work premises.
